I sympathize the facility was under structure, and I don't mind that at all, but there was no Tv cable connection in the bedroom, no water hook up from the faucet at the kitchenette area, no electricity connexion at the desk-bound for a computer, no grab bar in the restroom.

While the hotel is nether construction we were pleased no piece of work happened over the weekend. The hotel itself is a mess only our room was wonderful. The bed and pillows are awesome! And the view, incredible!The staff accommodating. I enjoyed my birthday at the Sheraton! We wait forward to going back to see the brand new hotel this summer!

Visitor Holiday Party

Hotel is going through renovations right at present. Because of this the elevators are a little dirty, but nothing nosotros could not over look. Staff was friendly and all-around. Looking forrard to seeing when the updates are completed. CJ the bar tender was awesome!!!

We knew in advance that the hotel was under some construction. All the same, some of the work was loud, the elevators were dusty and the lobby has a bad stench. But the room was nice merely the bed was hard and expect like the bathroom has been redone.

Slap-up Eatery Staff

The check-in was on the unprofessional side but the staff at the eating place fabricated up for information technology. I was the only invitee at that place, but they made me feel welcomed and attended to all my needs.

This property was under construction, unable to hands access the room. At that place was pubic hair on the toilet, no hot water, damp towels in the bathroom, non- working light in the bathroom, wet bath floor and wet floor around the sliding glass door. Staff said they would make an adjustment to the bill, but only re-emailed the same invoice.

The only issue I had was that my sink and shower water was a mild lukewarm. I assumed information technology had to do with all of the hotel renovations plus the fact that the primary water had been shut off for 3 hours prior to my stay. Otherwise, excellent stay and the staff is fantastic!

Thye put me on yhe seventh flooring, no problem. Roo. Had everything equally advertised, skillful to go. All the same, the watwr wasnt getting hot when i went to take a shower. When i asked about it i was told that it would turn on, and simply to await with the h2o on. Afterwards 15 minutes of water on, beingness wasted, i called again. This time they told me to keep waiting, and at the xl minute mark i went to the front desk-bound and was told that the problem wasnt the water, it was the "stacks" and becuae they were super low capacity it rook a long time for the hot h2o to reach me. And so WHY DID YOU PUT ME ON seventh Floor if you lot were low capacity and you knew about the problem!? I wasted countless galleons of water for no reason at all. Advice: completely dissatisfied. I asked to be moved, and they moved me to an empty room that they knew had hot water.... why didn't we just first the whole matter here starting time? I am very disappointed due to them purposely non telling me in the Beginning about the trouble and instead simply hoped that i wouldn't observe? And secondly for making me an accomplice to having a shower running (wasting water) for 45 minutes. Although they did RE-accomidate me, this whole affair WAS SHOWN to have been avoidable. Please do better communicating with customers, be more than honest and transparent. I do not recommend, bc even for the cheaper cost what'southward the point if y'all don't become what's advertised?

The hot water in the shower hardly got hot, bathroom sink is cracked, the shower tube coating were pealing, water pressure level in the shower is not there just dripping the room smells like cigarette and to elevation it off the room package I booked was oversold they put me in something else which I didn't similar merely have no choice.

I paid for sea front end Room for 2 nights w/expedia. Simply hotel clerk said there is no ocean front room for me which they already informed to Expedia. I did not received any inform from Expedia. Hotel offered me to cancel reservation without any penalization if I do not like to accept partial view room. I accustomed fractional view room instead of originally reserved ocean front end room

Only one elevator working. Room could use some repairs/updates. There is construction going on at the property and the only working elevator couldn't afford some other dusty hand print. It looks like the dust was poorly removed from the lift and the floor not vacuumed properly.

Information technology was very noisy but the Managing director of Rooms Mr. Ryan Kelly listened to u.s., moved us to a new room away from the dissonance and reimburse our get-go "noisy" dark. I capeesh his understanding and attitude. He went to a higher place and beyond.

Bad customer service and we can't sleep in the early morning because of the construction on the tiptop flooring's and the room smells bad , not clean over all bad experience!!

I like the hotel they aloud my pets I booked and pay two beds they gave me a room with one queen bed nothing else available.. restaurant food was very proficient quiet and nice people

For the toll there was no complimentary breakfast. Parking waa a hasle and the elevators were extremely tiresome.

Very disappointed

This place was very torn downward , the piping made all sorts of dissonance when turning on water, there were hairs on the bed , mold was all over the place. I have never been permit down by Sheraton hotels until now. I am in the military and constantly traveling , this identify had me switch rooms , and made me clean upwardly my own room so that I'd experience it was moderately clean.

The start room they put us in had water damage all over the ceiling, the bath had blackness mold in the corners and the wallpaper was coming downwards. Room 606, in the morning I requested a room change and they did 1104 which was in much better shape. 2nd fourth dimension we have stayed there, won't exist a tertiary. Just run down and desperately in need of renovation.

Nifty location. Pool and facility filthy. Not enough staff. No security. People loud partying in rooms and on beach all night. Carpets gross. Elevators dirty and always crowded. Trash and towel bins overflowing entire stay. Dirty room service plates never picked upwards by elevator. Not pleased at all!!

We liked the location & oceanfront view as well as comfortable beds and two big televisions, just the wallpaper is starting to come off of the wall, the cupboard clothes bar was rusty and the furniture was very worn.

No breakfast with room charge. $100 pet fee. Other hotels on Oceanfront offering more gor less $. Lumpy pillows The skilful: comfortable bed. Nice casual outdoor, poolside restaurant and bar. Bathrooms accessible from embankment. Adept location. Next to Oceannaire and a hotel nether construction.
